Presenting — Jesus Christ’s TEN Commandments

Jesus Christ presented His Ten Commandments in the form of warnings that Christians should take notice of, in particular that their Salvation is at risk. If they ignore these warnings, they will NOT inherit eternal life with Him.

In this, He said:

If ye love me, keep my commandments.” (John 14:15)

The above verse could also be interpreted as saying:

If ye [really and sincerely] love me [as you claim you do, then],
keep [or OBEY each of] my commandments.” (John 14:15)

Recently I discovered the following Ten Commandments of Jesus that are expressed in the form of ‘negative commandments’. As an example, one warning in John 3:5 says unless the CONDITION is met, he or she “…CANNOT ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF GOD

Therefore, it seems the TEN COMMANDMENTS that Jesus requires Christians to obey are:

  1. Christians MUST BE PREPARED TO BE HATED AND PERSECUTED for their faith
  2. Christians MUST FIRST COUNT THE COST OF THEIR SALVATION
  3. Christians MUST STOP SINNING!
  4. Christians MUST BECOME “BORN-AGAIN”!
  5. Christians MUST BECOME A DISCIPLE OF JESUS CHRIST
  6. Christians MUST BE DETERMINED TO UNDERSTAND AND DO GOD’S WILL
  7. Christians MUST PERFORM THE SAME WORKS THAT JESUS CHRIST DID!
  8. Christians MUST BRING FORTH SPIRITUAL FRUIT UNTO GOD THE FATHER!
  9. Christians MUST BECOME “MERCIFUL”!
  10. Christians MUST BECOME PERFECT

“…write them upon the table of thine heart.”  (Proverbs 7:3)

Conditional Salvation

Jesus Christ mentions a number of CONDITIONS (or warnings) that EVERY CHRISTIAN must meet if he or she sincerely expects to enter into Heaven at their death.

Naturally, there are extreme circumstances where these do not exist—especially where (say) a nurse witnesses Jesus Christ to a patient on a hospital trolley awaiting surgery and he accepts Christ as his Saviour before dying on the operating table. This represents a parallel situation to the Thief on the Cross with Jesus (Luke 23:42-43).

However, most Christians today have been attending churches for many years.  This message is focussed upon this group of Christians.

Therefore, the STRICT CONDITIONS required for Salvation as stated by Jesus Christ are explained in my website article.

Do you believe the One True Gospel?

There are many 'gospels' being preached in the churches today that cannot Save! This article helps Christians to determine if the 'gospel' they have believed is the ONE True Gospel or one of many false gospels.

Characteristics of the One True Gospel

Firstly, there is ONLY One True Gospel that is able to save people from spending eternity in Hell – and that is the Apostle’ Paul’s Gospel that he referred to as “My Gospel”.

The key characteristics about Paul’s Gospel are these:

  • Paul's Gospel contains a “mystery”.  Every truly born-again Christian should understand what this "mystery" is and be able to share it with others.

Sadly, most Christians today don’t want to even talk about this requirement.  Instead, they believe their ‘preferred gospel’ rather than look for the ONE True Gospel.

  • Paul's Gospel MUST be “obeyed”.

All modern ‘gospels’ only require people to hear and believe.  Nothing else is required except maybe water baptism (Mark 16:16) Therefore, no “obedience” to the One True Gospel is required.

Most modern false gospels also condemn the need for any "works" being necessary to secure Salvation.  Such claims are a lie if we use the Bible as our reference.

The Mystery of the ONE True Gospel Explained:

Now to him that is of power to STABLISH YOU ACCORDING TO MY GOSPEL, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of THE MYSTERY, which was kept secret since the world began,

Romans 16:25

“And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known THE MYSTERY OF THE GOSPEL,”

Ephesians 6:19

Christians today have NOT OBEYED the One True Gospel

But THEY [today’s Christians] HAVE NOT ALL OBEYED THE GOSPEL. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

Romans 10:16

For the time is come that JUDGMENT must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us [who are truly born-again], WHAT SHALL THE END BE OF THEM [the disobedient rebellious Christians in today’s churches] THAT OBEY NOT THE GOSPEL OF GOD?

1 Peter 4:17

God to Judge Christians according to the ONE True Gospel

In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ ACCORDING TO MY GOSPEL.

Romans 2:16

A Question from a 'Once Saved, Always Saved' Christian:

The question was asked whether “works” are necessary for Salvation, or “faith alone”?

The response is that the Apostle Paul states clearly in his letter to the Ephesians:

For we are his workmanship, CREATED in Christ Jesus UNTO GOOD WORKS, which God hath before ordained THAT WE SHOULD WALK IN THEM.

Ephesians 2:10

This statement is very clear that we have been “created to perform good works” and that these “works” should be evident to both God in Heaven and to others on Earth. This evidence should confirm that each individual Christian is truly a “son of God”, who has been “...begotten through Paul’s Gospel” because of the "WORKS" they perform on behalf of God:

For though ye have ten thousand instructers in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I HAVE BEGOTTEN YOU THROUGH THE GOSPEL [that is termed 'My Gospel'].

1 Corinthians 4:15

"Faith without WORKS" is Dead Faith (James 2:26)

To confirm the need for “good works” being necessary for (Final) Salvation, Jesus said:

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, THE WORKS THAT I DO SHALL HE DO ALSO; and GREATER WORKS than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

John 14:12

The “works” that Jesus did are stated by Him in a message to John the Baptist who was being held in prison:

"Then Jesus answering said unto them, Go your way, and tell John what things ye have seen and heard; how that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, TO THE POOR, THE GOSPEL IS PREACHED."

Luke 7:22

Please note that MOST (if not all) Christians today fail to “PREACH the ONE True Gospel to the poor”, which is the primary requirement by God that ALL Christians must perform!

If Christians refuse to  “PREACH the Gospel to the poor”, how will they be able to do the required “works” that Christ did and that should follow on from "growing in faith" and in "growing in grace"?

"We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your FAITH GROWETH exceedingly,

2 Thessalonians 1:3 and Matt 21:21

"But GROW IN GRACE, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen."

2 Peter 3:18

"And they went forth, and preached [Paul’s Gospel] everywhere, the Lord working with them, and CONFIRMING THE WORD WITH SIGNS FOLLOWING. Amen."

Mark 16:20

"Preaching the Gospel to the Poor" is vital for Final Salvation

The list below identifies Christ’s “basic works” mentioned above that He expects All Christians to perform. These have been extracted from Luke 7:22:

  • The BLIND TO SEE again;
  • The LAME ARE ABLE TO WALK,
  • The LEPERS (or anyone who is sick) ARE CLEANSED,
  • The DEAF HEAR AGAIN,
  • The DEAD ARE RAISED TO LIFE AGAIN.
Street preaching of the One True Gospel to the "spiritually poor"

It is impossible for Christians to perform the “works” listed above unless they first preach the Gospel to the poor! This means preaching the ONE True Gospel and not the fake gospels being promoted today.

The basis of my claims about the One True Gospel

I have attended some 100 churches over the past 30-years and endeavored to interact with as many pastors and people in ministry as I can.  Only a handful of people have bothered to interact with me. There has been ONLY ONE PASTOR who has accepted the Gospel of Initial and Final Salvation and actively promotes it.  As for the others, they probably rejected it because it would make them unpopular. They are also fearful that members of their congregation would leave their church.

The churches I have attended were associated with the following denominations:

  • Anglican (or Episcopalian)
  • Baptist
  • Uniting Church of Australia
  • Methodist
  • Presbyterian
  • Pentecostal
  • Charismatic
  • Church of Christ
  • Seventh Day Adventist
  • Jehovah’s Witnesses
  • Christadelphian
  • Brethren
  • Messianic Christian

Naturally, churches such as the Roman Catholic and Orthodox religions embrace a earthly priesthood that Christ did away with at His death. Christ achieved this by becoming every Christian's High Priest in Heaven, who cannot be accessed through any earthly priest associated with a priesthood (Heb 7:25).

Therefore, those who attend such churches cannot have eternal life with Christ, because the 'Orthodox 'gospel' is "another gospel" (2 Cor 11:4; Gal 1:6).

Your choice is to discuss this matter or remain silent

If you attend one of the above listed churches and you have doubts about anything claimed here, please add a Comment below. This is because Jesus wants Christians to be either HOT [strongly agree] or COLD [strongly disagree] regarding what has been claimed above.

For those Christians who prefer to remain SILENT rather than agreeing or disagreeing with the claims, such people are indicating they are “LUKEWARM” about this matter:

I [Jesus] know thy works, that thou art neither COLD nor HOT: I would thou wert COLD or HOT. 16 So then because thou art LUKEWARM, and neither cold nor hot, I will SPUE THEE OUT OF MY MOUTH.”

(Rev 3:15-16)

Therefore, please be decisive in this matter of what is the ONE True Gospel that can bring you into Heaven at your death.

If you believe in the FALSE Once Saved, Always Saved gospel that doesn’t require anything more from you other than “believe on the Son of God” (Acts 16:31), then this cannot save you from Hell.

Using Social Media to Defend the Christian Faith

A new video that explains the Biblical principles associated with INITIAL and FINAL Salvation can be viewed in the YouTube video below. It also reveals how I used social media to expose a Christian pastor of promoting the Eternal Security heresy.

Initial and Final Salvation - Are you Really Saved?

Early in 2019, the Epoch Times produced a video titled, "How Communism Subverted the Church", which produced documentary evidence as to how the Communists from the Soviet Union infiltrated the churches, Bible colleges, synagogues and mosques as far back as 1907 so as to subvert them.

The video's presenter makes the following claims about the impact Communism has had on Christianity in America:
"...that communism has infiltrated American Christianity at every level."
"The success of their mission involved operative cells taking control of churches for Communist purposes."
"Today, most of the leftist divinity professors and religious leaders come out of the Maoist and Democratic Socialist movements rather than the CPUSA (Communist Party USA) per se."

"Much of what has been preached in American churches has been influenced if not dominated by Communist ideology posing as religion."
If Christians can accept that the above statements are factual (from the evidence presented) and are therefore true, this indicates that  much of what is preached in churches and written in Christian magazines and books is false and misleading.  Christianity today is most likely promoting "Communist ideology" that is aimed to neutralize and to ultimately destroy Biblical Christianity.

Recently completed research has revealed that today's modern gospel messages that promote "Saved by faith only - not of works lest any man should boast" (Eph 2:9) will not save any Christian.

In contrast to this - what has been discovered in the "mystery of the Gospel" (Rom 16:25 and Eph 6:19) are these facts:

  1. It is very easy for anyone to accept Jesus Christ as "Savior".  This occurs through the confession of "Jesus as Lord" using one's mouth, followed by water baptism to fulfill Romans 10:9-10 and Mark 16:16.  Even the Devil's people can be "saved" and attend church (Matt 13:24-30).
  2. The Bible plainly states that Christians have been "created in Christ Jesus to do good works" (Eph 2:10).  The Apostle James says that saving faith (Rom 10:9-10) that fails to undertake the required "works" that produces "fruit" is "dead faith" - and is unacceptable to God (James 2:26).
  3. If Christians FAIL to produce the required "spiritual fruit" from "Jesus the Vine" through "works involving the Holy Spirit", the Bible says that such Christians will eventually be "pruned from the Vine" to await their eventual burning in the Lake of Fire:
"Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he [God the Father] taketh away...If a man abide not in me [Jesus], he is [pruned by God the Father from the Vine and] cast forth as a [fruitless] branch, and is [eventually become] withered...and they are burned."(John 15:2)

Initial and Final Salvation

A two-part series titled 'Initial and Final Salvation' describes how Salvation (at one's death) can be secured, however this involves each Christian becoming a "good and faithful servant of Jesus Christ" (Matt 25:21) while "running the spiritual race set before them" (Heb 12:1-2).  This requires Christians to "grow in God's grace" (2 Peter 3:18) and in doing so, "grow in faith" (2 Thes 1:3).  Such obedience produces the required spiritual "fruit unto God the Father" (John 15:2).

On the contrary, many Christians prefer to bury their faith within their vessels of clay rather than exercising what they have been given (Matt 17:20) that brings forth "fruit" unto God (meaning, lost souls into God's kingdom).

"Then he which had received the one talent [symbolizing a 'Saved' Christian without any "works"] came and said, Lord...I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent [my faith in You] in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine. 26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, 28 Take therefore the talent from him...30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth."  (Matt 25:24-30)

Two of Dana Crosby's Heresies

I have uploaded a video that is critical of the end-time Bible teachings of Dana Crosby.

In her teachings, she claims that:

  1. Christians will NOT experience the Rapture but will have to endure the Tribulation period.
  2. She rejects Christ's Parable of the Wise and Foolish Virgins.

If you are a Christian and are concerned about the "end times" we are living in - and what the Bible actually says about these issues, I suggest this video is worth watching to the end.

Are You Walking in Spirit or in the Flesh?

The Bible contains a variety of warnings to Christians in relation to their Salvation.  One such warning in Romans 8:1 states that Christians should NOT “walk in the flesh” but “Walk in the Spirit”.
“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”  (Rom 8:1 - KJV)
So, what does this mean?

The Physical and Spiritual Worlds We Live In

The Bible reveals many things that we need to know about the spirit world around us — because everything in it is “eternal” whereas the physical world in which we touch, see, hear, smell and taste things are “fading away” (Isa 40:7) because they are “temporal” — according to scripture:
While we LOOK NOT at the things which ARE SEEN, but at the things which ARE NOT SEEN: for the things which ARE SEEN ARE TEMPORAL; but the things which are NOT SEEN ARE ETERNAL.”  2 Cor 4:18
God in His immortal wisdom has stated in scripture that if anyone born upon Earth hopes to spend eternity with Him, he or she “MUST be born-again” — meaning, out of this temporal” world into the “eternal” spirit world before the eternal life of the believer can commence (John 3:3-8).

In this, each person MUST:

 1.  Hear and respond to the True Gospel message

Such a message should convict them in their hearts that he or she:
  • is a sinner;
  • is on their way to spending eternity in Hell;
  • needs a Savior to prevent this from happening.
Jesus Christ is the ONLY man born-upon the Earth who lived a sinless life; was God’s sacrificial “Lamb that takes away the sins of the world” (John 1:29); and then rose again from the dead on the third day after His crucifixion (Acts 10:39-41).  He is THE ONLY SAVIOR of mankind’s souls from Hell.

2.  Repent from ALL of sinful ways.

No individual is able eliminate every sinful habit the first day he or she receives Christ as Savior.  Fully eradicating sin from humanity's fallen (Adamic) nature and our carnal habits requires a spiritually cleansing process to occur that every Christian must commence and complete.  It can take some time to achieve this (weeks or months) but sinful habits and the overcoming of temptations MUST be overcome.
“...nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.  11 And SUCH WERE SOME OF YOU...”  (1 Cor 6:10-11)
Sinlessness (the dirty word in most churches today) is a fundamental requirement for Christians to become “ambassadors for Christ” (2 Cor 5:20) and to become “holy” (1 Peter 1:16).
HE [meaning 'Christians'] THAT COMMITTETH SIN IS OF THE DEVIL; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.”  1 John 3:8
I tell you, Nay: but, EXCEPT YE REPENT [from your sinful ways], ye shall all likewise perish [in Hell].”  Luke 13:3 - Jesus speaking
Follow...HOLINESS, without which no [Christian] man shall see the Lord:”  (Heb 12:14)

3.  Take up their Cross and Follow Jesus Christ

Jesus said:

And he [our "Inward Man"] that TAKETH NOT HIS CROSS, and FOLLOWETH AFTER ME, is not worthy of [spending eternity with] me.”  (Matt 10:38)

Humans are Three-part Beings — Spirit, Soul and Body

Most people (especially modern Christians) are unaware that their bodies consist of a spirit man constrained within their outer man’s physical body of flesh, bones and blood.

It is Satan’s desire that everyone fails to appreciate what their unseen “Inner Man” represents and how "he" — whether the outer body is male or female, functions in their body.
“...but though our OUTWARD MAN [either male or female] perish, yet the INWARD [or spiritual] MAN is renewed day by day.”  (2 Cor 4:16)

Are There Spirit Beings in the Spirit World?

The Bible indicates there are a variety of “beings” in the spirit world.  These can be categorized into the following groups:
  • The Godhead – God the Father; Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit
  • Seraphim
  • Holy Angels
  • 24 Elders
  • Resurrected Old Testament saints
  • Souls of New Testament saints
  • Spirit horses
  • Evil spirits
  • Evil angels
  • Satan
For people on Earth to be able to have the appropriate relationship with these “beings”, the Bible is the only means by which Christians can discern who and how to communicate with each when needed:

“Beloved, BELIEVE NOT EVERY SPIRIT, but TRY THE SPIRITS whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.”  (1 John 4:1)
The New Birth – John 3:3-8

Jesus says that:
“...Except a man be BORN AGAIN, HE CANNOT SEE the kingdom of God...[and] Except a man be BORN OF WATER [the "water of the word - Eph 5:26] and OF THE SPIRIT, he CANNOT ENTER INTO the kingdom of God.” (John 3:3-8)
PLEASE NOTE that Jesus said being "born again" enables Christians to both "SEE" and to "ENTER" God's spiritual kingdom.  If Christians can't "SEE" God's kingdom and report on what they have "SEEN", it is questionable whether they will be able to "ENTER INTO" God's kingdom when the time comes at death.

The ‘New Birth’ represents a spiritual transformation of a person’s “Inner Man” from the values and ways of this world into those of the Spirit World where our Creator God resides with His Son Jesus Christ.

The “spiritual birth” process is much the same as natural birth where the child of God is transformed from the values and ways of this world into the values and ways of God in the spirit world.

However, it is Satan’s desire that the (spiritual) 'fetus' (or, the Christian who is yet to become a "born again" child of God through the New Birth) becomes 'aborted' or remains dead (meaning, undelivered) in the 'womb of this world'.  In the spiritual sense, such an individual fails to 'mature' in the 'womb of this world' by embracing more the values of 'the Church' rather than pressing into God's kingdom to become "born-again".
I PRESS TOWARD THE MARK for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”  Phil 3:14
And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth VIOLENCE [from Satan's people to prevent the New Birth from occurring], and the VIOLENT [children of God] take it [the Kingdom of God as “heirs” – Rom 8:17] by FORCE.  Matt 11:12
It can also be said that the "New Birth" is prevented when God's people turn to religion as a substitute for "walking in the Spirit".

However it is God’s desire for every child of His to not only experience the New Birth, but to grow from being a “new born babe in Christ” (1 Peter 2:2) into a “strong young man in Christ” (1 John 2:14).

Walking in the Spirit

In the natural world and in the spirit world, ‘beings’ can do much the same things.  In this, they can:
  • Sleep
  • Slumber (drift in and out of sleep)
  • Awake — but stay in bed
  • Walk
  • Jog
  • Run
In the spirit world, similar activity takes place where God requires Christians to “run the race set before them”, but instead many prefer to remain in a more docile state.
“...and let us RUN WITH PATIENCE the RACE that is set before us,”  (Heb 12:1)
Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So RUN, that ye may obtain.”  (1 Cor 9:24)
God does not expect Christians to have to "run" continuously and not rest throughout their spiritual journey in this life.  However, He does expect Christians to “walk in the Spirit” (Rom 8:1, 4; Gal 5:16, 25).
